The Journal of Excellence in Social Sciences (JESS) is a fully open access journal published by SMARCONS (Private) Limited. The journal provides immediate, free, and unrestricted online access to all published scholarly content without subscription charges, registration requirements, paywalls, or embargo periods.

JESS supports the principle that freely accessible research promotes the wider dissemination and exchange of scholarly knowledge, improves the visibility and accessibility of academic work, and enables researchers, students, practitioners, policymakers, institutions, and the wider public to benefit from published research.

All articles published in JESS are made freely available online immediately upon publication.
