All articles published in the Journal of Excellence in Social Sciences (JESS) are the intellectual property of the respective authors. Authors retain full copyright of their work without restrictions.

The journal does not claim copyright ownership. Instead, authors grant JESS a non-exclusive right to publish, archive, index, and disseminate their work in print and electronic formats.

Each published article clearly states:

This ensures that the rights of authors are upheld and communicated transparently.

Licensing Terms

All content published in JESS is made available under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license permits:

  • Unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium

  • Commercial use and adaptation

  • As long as the original authors and source are properly credited

  • A visual badge and license information are also included in each article PDF and on the journal’s website.

Author Rights

Authors are free to:

  • Share their published work on institutional repositories, personal websites, or any public platform

  • Reuse their content in books, presentations, or future publications

  • Retain all moral and intellectual rights to their work

No embargo is applied to self-archiving, and no fees are charged for these rights.

Journal and Platform Rights

By submitting to JESS, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to:
