About the Journal
The Journal of Excellence in Social Sciences (JESS) is the flagship journal of the Society of Management Research and Consultancy (SMARCONS). Its main goal is to publish original articles, book reviews, and case studies in the social sciences and reduce the gap between academics, research, and practice.
JESS is an open-access, international, scholarly, peer-reviewed research journal that publishes original research after the double-blind peer-review process. It aims to include papers from all over the world without any discrimination. Papers will be preferred, can be applied at any level, and benefit society. We encourage the submission of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary perspectives relevant to advancing the social sciences.
JESS is a leading source of scholarly articles and research papers by promoting research publications at affordable or no cost in the long run. The published article will always be open access, free under the Creative Commons License, and archived for future generations.
