The purpose of this study is to impact the planning and development of philanthropic projects by moderating the role of organizational culture. Corporate organizations, in recent years, are calling for establishing hundreds and thousands of different philanthropic projects to contribute to society (Health, education, and orphan care) to earn intangible and tangible benefits in return. Unfortunately, some answers remain unresolved such as, how to make sure the sustainability of corporate philanthropy and corporate social responsibility projects. Generally, the purpose of CP projects is to clutch responsibility for the actions of the company and stir up a positive impact with its activities for the community, consumers, and employees including all stakeholders of society. In the late 90s almost two decades ago, corporate leaders had different approaches toward Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Philanthropy because the opinion was divided as some of them understood CP and CSR as obligatory while others had the reactive approach (to engage in such activities when the situation calls). This identifies that all the decision-makers in key management should be on board while planning such activities for data collection using a cross-sectional research design in this study. Collect data from 227 respondents for analyzing the results. After the findings, this study will help the academicians and practitioners who get help from the findings and change policies according to this study. Scholars use this research for further studies and different mechanisms.
