The main objective of the study to explore the relationship of Despotic leadership on Counter Productive Work Behavior explained through Psychological Contract Breach and the moderating role of Psychological Safety. The current study focuses on two negative outcomes i.e. psychological contract breach and counterproductive work behavior due to despotic leadership because most of the prior studies focus to the positive side of the leadership. Cross-sectional research design use to complete this study. Due to time constraint researcher use Random sampling technique for data collection. All hypothesis are accepted in this research that confirm the negative side of leadership existence. Finding indicated despotic leadership has a significant effect on counterproductive work behavior and psychological contract breach. This study not only contribute in the literature but also provide guidance to the organizations.
