Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid advancements in artificial intelligence, entrepreneurial success is a pursuit embraced by the younger generation to navigate the challenges of employment scarcity and economic volatility. This qualitative research delves into the
essential characteristics that underpin a successful entrepreneurial career. Leveraging NVivo 12 software for qualitative data analysis, we identify key attributes that distinguish prosperous entrepreneurs in this dynamic landscape. Our findings highlight that successful
entrepreneurs exhibit extroverted tendencies, financial acumen, and adeptness in various skill sets, a reservoir of inner strength, and a strong orientation toward technology. These attributes contribute significantly to their ability to thrive in entrepreneurial ventures.
Moreover, the study reveals a shifting paradigm, where individuals increasingly seek fame and recognition, and the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the transformation of traditional businesses, fostering a surge in younger entrepreneurs. Encouragingly,
governments are actively supporting young entrepreneurs as a means to boost national GDP.
