Most of the researcher’s explored ethics more focused on Protestant work ethics (PWE) which was first time introduced in Germany. Organizations that don't have a solid spotlight on conforming to business rules and laws are bound to have WPD social inclinations identified with maltreatment of the resources of organizations. This study explores Islamic thoughts to find out different workplace ethics (WPE). Because, literature shows that people that belong to different religions are working in one place, due to creating lots of problems like conflicts, discrimination, nepotism, deviance, biases, and favoritism. In all workplaces, deviance (WPD) behavior was observed more than other challenges. So, in this study researcher try to examine the relationship between Islamic work ethics and workplace deviance. The examination suggested that significant negative connections were found between the IWE and WPD in the scarce extant literature. W-E programs in organizations result in encouraging positive outcomes such as increased happiness, serenity, job satisfaction, and commitment. Findings are showing all those factors that help, support, and discourage the employees in the workplace, second how IWE support them, and how they behave in front of situations when WPD is experienced by the organization.

Hence, it is more appropriate for Islamic work ethics (IWE) to deal with all challenges. In normal circumstances in the workplace, IWE is negatively related to WPD. To conclude, the study seconds the proposition (P1) that IWE has a negative connection with WPD.
