Abstract

Entrepreneurship, considered by its dynamic nature, shows rare challenges that entrepreneurs must navigate to confirm business accomplishment. This research proposes to reply to the main practical and empirical gaps by investigating the association among entrepreneurial job demands, job resources, and entrepreneurial work engagement in producing business performance, especially in the framework of Pakistan. Examines the role of job resources and entrepreneurial work engagement as mediators between Entrepreneurial job demands and business performance. Questionnaires were distributed among the 355 respondents, employing quantitative techniques used by PLS (3.0) for the data analysis. The outcomes confirmed the effect of job demands on business Performance. This study indicates the effect of entrepreneurial work engagement and entrepreneurial job resources on mediation.
