About the Journal The main goal of the Journal of Excellence in Social Sciences (JESS) is to publish original articles, book reviews and case studies in the field of social sciences with the aim to reduce the gap between academics, research and practice.
JESS is open access, international, scholarly peer-reviewed research journal which publishes original research after double-blind peer review process. It aims to include paper from all over the world without any discrimination. Papers will be preferred which can be applied at any level and can benefit society. We encourage the submission of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary perspectives and relevant to the advancement of the social sciences.
JESS is a leading source of scholarly articles and research papers through the promotion of research publication at affordable or at no cost in long run. The published article will always be open access, free under Creative Commons License and archived for future generations.
Objectives of JESS
- To provide a publishing platform to researchers and scholars from the field of Social Sciences.
- To give scholars a chance to be part of the scholars' community who assists and helps others in publication and review.
- To make research papers and scholarly articles available free of cost to all users without any subscription or login ID.

Scope of the Journal
The Social Science Journal is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles, literature reviews, and theoretical essays on a wide range of social science topics. The journal seeks to foster dialogue and exchange among scholars across disciplines, including anthropology, sociology, political science, economics, psychology, and geography.
The journal welcomes research that advances our understanding of social, cultural, political, economic, and environmental issues and challenges, with a particular emphasis on the intersectionality of these issues. The scope of the journal encompasses empirical studies, theoretical contributions, and critical perspectives that shed light on social phenomena and offer insights into the social, economic, and political processes that shape our world.
Areas of interest for the journal include but are not limited to: social inequality, social justice, gender and sexuality, race and ethnicity, migration and citizenship, globalization and development, health and well-being, education and pedagogy, and environmental sustainability.
The Social Science Journal is committed to publishing high-quality, original research that contributes to the advancement of social science knowledge and informs public policy and practice.
Peer Review Policy
Peer review is conducted on all submitted papers and publications. The possible exceptions are occasional invited papers and editorials, or where a partial or entire volume is devoted to a special theme. Just to let you know, all papers accepted for publication in this journal must pass an originality test. Please ensure all citations and sources are mentioned at the time of submission to avoid any potential issues.
