operational functioning of the cancer research centre, enlightening how this non-government organization plays a vital role in the growth and needs of society in terms of healthcare standards domestically and internationally. Lastly, this study compared to other
health care and research centres concerning international standards and brings out similarities and differences parallel to this organisation. ‘Ensuring the donors about their donations are fully utilized wisely, with no material weakness disclosure. The size of the
population is an external and internal challenge in the entire globe due to the large patient size. Diseases are also increasing with this increase, and dealing with patients has become a management challenge. Lack of beds and expertise generates a higher refusal rate, which is inappropriate for the fundraising media management team. Therefore, the refusal rate has a significant negative effect on funds.
