Open Access Policy

Journal of Excellence in Business Administration (JEBA) is a fully open access journal. All published content is made freely and immediately available online upon publication without any access charges to readers or their institutions. JEBA does not apply any embargo period and does not require readers to register, subscribe, or request permission to access the full text of published articles.

JEBA follows the principles of open access scholarly publishing by allowing immediate, free, and unrestricted access to published research. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, crawl, and use the full text of published articles for lawful purposes in accordance with the applicable open license.

All articles published in JEBA are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license, users may share, copy, redistribute, adapt, transform, and build upon the published work in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), the source of publication is acknowledged, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made to the work are indicated.

JEBA does not impose any additional legal, technical, or access restrictions that limit reuse beyond the terms permitted under the CC BY 4.0 license.

Authors retain copyright of their published work without restriction. By submitting and publishing an article in JEBA, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, archive, preserve, index, and disseminate the article, and to identify JEBA as the original publisher of the work.

Authors are permitted to deposit, share, and reuse the submitted version, accepted version, and published version of record of their article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, academic networking platforms, and other public platforms without embargo and without seeking prior permission from the journal.

License and copyright information is clearly displayed on the journal website, on the article landing page, and in the full text of each published article in PDF and/or HTML format. Each article includes the following copyright and license statement:

If an article contains third-party material, including images, figures, tables, datasets, or other copyrighted content that is not covered by the CC BY 4.0 license, such material will be clearly identified within the article with the relevant credit line, copyright notice, permission statement, or applicable rights information.

JEBA supports the long-term accessibility and preservation of open access content through recognized digital preservation arrangements, archiving mechanisms, and persistent identifiers. The journal assigns persistent identifiers, such as DOIs where applicable, and maintains digital preservation practices to ensure the continued availability of published scholarship.
